Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-6-120","heading":"Selling, furnishing or giving alcoholic beverages to","body":"persons under 21 - Penalties.\n\nA. Any person who shall sell, furnish or give alcoholic\n\nbeverage to a person under twenty-one (21) years of age shall be\n\nguilty of a misdemeanor for a first violation, and upon conviction\n\nshall be fined not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or\n\nimprisoned in the county jail for not more than one (1) year, or by\n\nboth such fine and imprisonment. Any person convicted of a second\n\nor subsequent violation shall be guilty of a Class D3 felony\n\noffense, and shall be fined not less than Two Thousand Five Hundred\n\nDollars ($2,500.00) nor more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00),\n\nor imprisoned as provided for in subsections B through F of Section\n\n20P of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or by both such fine and\n\nimprisonment. The ABLE Commission shall revoke the license of any\n\nperson convicted of a violation of this section.\n\nB.
