Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-6-123","heading":"Selling alcoholic beverages during unauthorized day or","body":"hours – Penalties.\n\nAny person selling or keeping a package store open to sell any\n\nalcoholic beverage during any day or hours not authorized by the\n\nOklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, and any person selling or\n\npermitting the sale of alcoholic beverages at a grocery store,\n\nconvenience store or drug store during any day or hours not\n\nauthorized by the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act shall be\n\nguilty of a misdemeanor for a first violation, and upon conviction\n\nshall be fined not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or\n\nimprisoned in the county jail for not more than one (1) year, or by\n\nboth such fine and imprisonment. Any person convicted of a second\n\nor subsequent violation shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony\n\noffense, and shall be fined not less than Two Thousand Five Hundred\n\nDollars ($2,500.00) nor more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00),\n\nor imprisoned as provided for in subsections B through F of Section\n\n20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or by both such fine and\n\nimprisonment.
