Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-6-129","heading":"Powdered alcohol - Unlawful use, purchase, sale or","body":"possession.\n\nA. As used in this section, \"powdered alcohol\" means alcohol\n\nprepared or sold in a powder form for either direct use or\n\nreconstitution.\n\nB. It is unlawful for any person or licensee to use, offer for\n\nuse, purchase, offer to purchase, sell, offer to sell or possess\n\npowdered alcohol.\n\nC. It is unlawful for a holder of a license pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of this title for on-premises or off-premises consumption\n\nof alcoholic beverages to use powdered alcohol as an alcoholic\n\nbeverage.\n\nD. Any person or license holder that violates this section\n\nshall, upon conviction, be guilty of and punished as follows:\n\n1. For a first offense, a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of\n\nnot more than Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00), or by imprisonment\n\nfor not more than thirty (30) days, or by both;\n\n2. For a second offense, a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of\n\nnot more than Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00), or by\n\nimprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or by both; or\n\n3.
