Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-7-103","heading":"Requirements","body":"A cocktail, mixed drink, or single-serve wine in its original\n\ncontainer may be transferred and sold for off-premises consumption\n\nif the following requirements are met:\n\n1. The cocktail, mixed beverage, or single-serve wine is\n\ntransferred within the licensed premises by a curbside pickup or by\n\ndelivery by an employee of the mixed beverage licensee, mixed\n\nbeverage/caterer combination licensee, or retail licensee who:\n\na. is at least eighteen (18) years of age, and\n\nb. upon delivery, verifies the age of the person to whom\n\nthe cocktail is being delivered;\n\n2. If the employee delivering the cocktail, mixed drink, or\n\nsingle-serve wine is not able to safely verify a person’s age or\n\nlevel of intoxication upon delivery, the employee shall cancel the\n\nsale of alcohol and return the product to the mixed beverage license\n\nholder, mixed beverage/caterer combination license holder, or retail\n\nlicense holder;\n\n3. The sealed container is placed in the trunk of the vehicle\n\nor, if there is no trunk, in the vehicle’s rear compartment that is\n\nnot readily accessible to the passenger area;\n\n4. In the case of a mixed drink sealed by the mixed beverage or\n\ncaterer licensee, the sealed container shall be affixed with a label\n\nor tag that contains the following information:\n\na. the cocktail, mixed drink or single-serve wine\n\ningredients, type and name of the alcohol,\n\nb. the name, license number and address of the mixed\n\nbeverage licensee or caterer licensee who filled the\n\noriginal container and sold the product,\n\nc. the volume of the cocktail, mixed drink or single-\n\nserve wine in the sealed container, and\n\nd. verification that the sealed container was filled less\n\nthan seven (7) days before the date of sale;\n\n5. In the case of a mixed drink in its original container from\n\nthe original manufacturer of the mixed drink, the Oklahoma-\n\nregistered label shall not be tampered with, modified, or otherwise\n\nchanged;\n\n6. In the case of a customer purchasing a cocktail, mixed\n\ndrink, or single-serve wine from inside the licensed premises as\n\npart of a carry out or to-go sale, a customer may carry the sealed\n\ncontainer from the licensed premises; and\n\n7.
