A third party delivers the cocktail, mixed drink or single-\n\nserve wine;\n\n2. A container of a mixed drink, cocktail or single-serve wine\n\nis not tamper evident and sealed;\n\n3. A container of a mixed drink, cocktail or single-serve wine\n\nis transported in the passenger area of a vehicle;\n\n4. A mixed drink, cocktail or single-serve wine is delivered by\n\na person or to a person who is under twenty-one (21) years of age;\n\nor\n\n5.
