Stat. tit. 38, § 38-102","heading":"Order determining sufficiency or insufficiency of petition","body":"- Amended petition - Appeal of order.\n\nWithin four (4) days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays,\n\nfollowing the initial filing of any petition calling for the\n\nimpaneling of a grand jury, the presiding district judge shall enter\n\nan order stating whether the face of the petition contains a\n\nreasonably specific identification of areas to be inquired into and\n\nsufficient general allegations to warrant a finding that such\n\ninquiry may lead to information which, if true, would warrant a true\n\nbill of indictment or action for removal. An order determining such\n\npetition to be deficient shall quash said petition, and shall set\n\nforth clearly in writing each and every deficiency found by said\n\njudge. Petitioners shall have two (2) days to amend the petition to\n\nconform to the district judge's order. Upon the filing of said\n\namended petition, the district judge shall enter an order within two\n\n(2) days stating whether the face of the amended petition contains\n\nthe requirements set forth in this section. Any such order quashing\n\nan amended petition shall be appealable when entered.
