Stat. tit. 38, § 38-103","heading":"Signatures - Time allowed - Requisite number","body":"\n\nUpon the entering of an order determining the petition to be\n\nsufficient, or upon the successful appeal of an order determining\n\nthe petition to be insufficient, the circulators of said petition\n\nshall have forty-five (45) days to obtain a sufficient number of\n\nsignatures to impanel a grand jury.
