Stat. tit. 38, § 38-106","heading":"Filing completed petition - Duties of court clerk and","body":"election board.\n\nUpon the obtaining of the signatures, and within the forty-five\n\nday time limitation provided in Section 3 of this act, the completed\n\npetitions shall be filed with the court clerk. The court clerk\n\nshall copy said petitions and deliver the originals on the next\n\nbusiness day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, to the\n\nelection board.
