Stat. tit. 38, § 38-107","heading":"Presentation of certified petition to presiding district","body":"judge - Determination of sufficiency - Order.\n\nUpon receipt by the court clerk of a certification of the number\n\nof qualified electors who have signed a petition for grand jury, the\n\npresiding district judge shall determine whether or not that number\n\nmeets the requirement of a grand jury petition pursuant to Section\n\n18 of Article II of the Oklahoma Constitution.
