Stat. tit. 38, § 38-22","heading":"Deficiency of jurors","body":"In the event of a deficiency of jurors at any given time to meet\n\nthe needs of the district court, the presiding judge or chief judge,\n\nor other district court judge acting as his or her designee, having\n\ncontrol of the general panel shall direct the court clerk or trial\n\ncourt administrator to request from the administrative Director of\n\nthe Courts such additional jurors as may be sufficient to meet the\n\ncourt's requirements.
