Stat. tit. 3A, § 3A-202","heading":"Conflicts of interest","body":"No individual shall be a member of the Commission if the\n\nindividual or a member of the family of the individual has a\n\nfinancial interest in any organization licensee and no individual\n\nother than an individual required by the provisions of Section 201\n\nof this title to be experienced in the horse industry shall be a\n\nmember of the Commission if the individual or a member of the family\n\nof the individual has a financial interest in any business entity\n\nwhich does business with any organization licensee or owns an\n\ninterest in any racehorse which participates in any race meeting\n\nsupervised by the Commission.\n\nAdded by State Question No. 553, Initiative Petition No. 315,\n\nadopted at election held Sept. 21, 1982.
