Stat. tit. 3A, § 3A-204.1B","heading":"Equine Drug Testing Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission, to be designated the\n\n\"Equine Drug Testing Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Oklahoma Horse Racing\n\nCommission, from appropriations made to the Commission for deposit\n\nin the fund and monies paid by organization licensees to the\n\nCommission pursuant to assessments made by the Commission for equine\n\ndrug testing. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma\n\nHorse Racing Commission for the purpose specified in paragraph 14 of\n\nsubsection A of Section 204 of this title.
