Stat. tit. 3A, § 3A-204.1C","heading":"Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission Operational Expenses","body":"Revolving Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission to be designated as the\n\n\"Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission Operational Expenses Revolving\n\nFund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations or reconciliation, and shall consist of all monies\n\nreceived by the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission from revenues\n\napportioned to the fund by Sections 205.6 and 263 of Title 3A of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes, together with all monies from fines, fees,\n\nreimbursements, assessments and sale of materials which are\n\ncollected or received by the Commission and all monies retained by\n\nthe Commission under the provisions of Title 3A of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes. All monies accrued to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Commission to\n\npay the costs, both direct and indirect, of the Commission.\n\nExpenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by\n\nthe State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with\n\nthe Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 3A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os3A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"bb94064b5e2220e29ca093831f391fbdbed4de78eb0c9f66a78da0801fda17e9","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-3a-3a-204.1b","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-3a-3a-204.1d"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
