The Commission or the stewards or the judges at a race\n\nmeeting shall have the authority to revoke or suspend an occupation\n\nlicense. If the Commission revokes or suspends an occupation\n\nlicense, or a steward or the judges at any race meeting suspend an\n\noccupation license, the occupation license of the person shall\n\nremain suspended or revoked until the final determination has been\n\nmade pursuant to the provisions of Sections 301 through 326 of Title\n\n75 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. The Commission or the stewards or the judges at a race\n\nmeeting may summarily suspend an occupation license pending further\n\nproceedings pursuant to the provisions of Sections 301 through 326\n\nof Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
