Prior to commencing construction, remodeling, or alteration\n\nof grandstand or other spectator areas, including but not limited to\n\nclubs, lounges, and restaurants, plans and specifications shall be\n\npresented to the State Fire Marshal for approval. Life safety\n\nprovisions of the National Fire Protection Association \"Life Safety\n\nCode\", No. 101, as adopted by the State Fire Marshal Commission,\n\nshall be the state standard for regulation of fire safety in\n\ngrandstand facilities.\n\nB. Prior to commencing construction, remodeling, or alteration\n\nof stables, dormitories, barns, and other buildings in the stabling\n\nareas, plans and specifications shall be presented to the State Fire\n\nMarshal for approval.\n\nC.
