Pursuant to rules and regulations of the Oklahoma Horse\n\nRacing Commission, an organization licensee shall be permitted to\n\nconduct a National Breeders' Cup pick seven.\n\nB. Any organization licensee authorized by the Commission to\n\naccept wagers on the results of the National Breeders' Cup races\n\nshall apportion all money wagered on pick seven wagers as follows:\n\n1. Seven percent (7%) shall be remitted to the Oklahoma Tax\n\nCommission on the first business day following the close of the\n\nracing day on which it was assessed. The revenue shall be\n\napportioned monthly to the General Revenue Fund of the state for the\n\nsupport of the state government, to be paid out only pursuant to\n\nappropriation by the Legislature;\n\n2. Ten percent (10%) shall be retained by the organization\n\nlicensee;\n\n3. Eight percent (8%) shall be retained by the organization\n\nlicensee to be distributed as purses; and\n\n4.
