From any payment made to an individual who has wagered by\n\ncontributing to a pari-mutuel pool operated by an organization\n\nlicensee, the organization licensee shall deduct the odd cents by\n\nwhich the amount payable on each dollar wagered exceeds a multiple\n\nof ten cents ($0.10). If there is a minus pari-mutuel pool, the\n\norganization licensee shall deduct the odd cents by which the amount\n\npayable on each dollar wagered exceeds a multiple of five cents\n\n($0.05). The amount so deducted shall be known as breakage.\n\nB. All breakage proceeds shall be remitted by the organization\n\nlicensee to the Commission for deposit in the Oklahoma Breeding\n\nDevelopment Fund Special Account.\n\nAdded by State Question No. 553, Initiative Petition No. 315,\n\nadopted at election held Sept. 21, 1982.
