Stat. tit. 3A, § 3A-208.10","heading":"Fraud regarding prior racing record, pedigree, identity","body":"or ownership of registered animal.\n\nIt shall be unlawful for any person to falsify, conceal, or\n\ncover up by any trick, scheme, or device a material fact, or make\n\nany false, fictitious, or fraudulent statements or representations,\n\nor make or use any false writing or document knowing the same to\n\ncontain any false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry\n\nregarding the prior racing record, pedigree, identity or ownership\n\nof a registered animal in any matter related to the breeding,\n\nbuying, selling, or racing of such animal.
