Stat. tit. 3A, § 3A-208.12","heading":"Gaming areas not subject to certain smoking","body":"prohibitions - Requirements.\n\nThe gaming areas of the premises of an organization licensee\n\nand, except for the off-track wagering facilities specified in\n\nSection 205.6a of Title 3A of the Oklahoma Statutes, the areas where\n\nsimulcast wagering is conducted by an organization licensee shall\n\nnot be subject to the provisions of Section 1247 of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes or to the provisions of the Smoking in Public\n\nPlaces and Indoor Workplaces Act if the following conditions are\n\nmet:\n\n1. Each gaming or simulcast area in which smoking is permitted\n\nshall be fully enclosed, directly exhausted to the outside, under\n\nnegative air pressure so smoke cannot escape to nonsmoking areas\n\nwhen a door is opened, and no air from a smoking area is\n\nrecirculated to nonsmoking areas of the building; and\n\n2.
