Any fair association organized pursuant to the provisions of\n\nTitle 2 of the Oklahoma Statutes for Agricultural Fair Corporations,\n\nthe Free Oklahoma State Fair, Free District Fairs, and Agricultural\n\nand Industrial Expositions and Fairs or any existing county,\n\ndistrict, or state fair as of January 1, 1983, which qualifies as an\n\norganization licensee may apply to the Oklahoma Horse Racing\n\nCommission for one race meeting each year to be held within the\n\nboundaries of the county where the fair association is located or at\n\nthe racing enclosure of one or more other organization licensees in\n\nthis state that agree to host all or a portion of the race meeting.\n\nThe Commission may set the number of days and the dates of such race\n\nmeeting requested by the fair association. Notwithstanding the\n\ndefinition in Section 200.1 of this title, a race meeting conducted\n\nby a fair association shall, with the consent of the respective\n\nhorsemen's organization or organizations and with the approval of\n\nthe Commission, be allowed to exceed twenty (20) calendar days\n\nseparating any race days for which an organization license is issued\n\npursuant to this section if a portion of the race meeting is to be\n\nconducted at the racing enclosure of another organization licensee.\n\nA race meeting conducted pursuant to the provisions of this section\n\nshall be conducted in such a manner that all net profit after\n\npayment of expenses of conducting the race meeting, including\n\ncompensation to the organization licensee hosting the race meeting,\n\nshall accrue to the fair association.\n\nB. Each organization licensee that, pursuant to this section,\n\nholds a race meeting at which the pari-mutuel system of wagering is\n\nconducted shall retain the following amounts from the monies\n\nwagered:\n\n1. On win, place, and show wagers, an amount equal to eighteen\n\npercent (18%) shall be retained and distributed as follows:\n\na. two-thirds (2/3) of the eighteen percent (18%) to the\n\norganization licensee, and\n\nb. one-third (1/3) of the eighteen percent (18%) to\n\npurses for participating horses;\n\n2. On race wagers involving two races or two horses, an amount\n\nequal to twenty-one percent (21%) shall be retained and distributed\n\nas follows:\n\na. one percent (1%) shall be remitted to the Commission,\n\nat such intervals as required by the Commission, for\n\ndeposit in the Oklahoma Breeding and Development Fund\n\nSpecial Account for participating horses,\n\nb. two-thirds (2/3) of the balance of the amount retained\n\nto the organization licensee, and\n\nc. one-third (1/3) of the balance of the amount retained\n\nto purses for participating horses;\n\n3. On race wagers involving three or more races or three or\n\nmore horses, an amount equal to not less than twenty-one percent\n\n(21%) nor more than twenty-five percent (25%) shall be retained and\n\ndistributed as follows:\n\na. one percent (1%) shall be remitted to the Commission,\n\nat such intervals as required by the Commission, for\n\ndeposit in the Oklahoma Breeding and Development Fund\n\nSpecial Account for participating horses,\n\nb. two-thirds (2/3) of the balance of the amount retained\n\nto the organization licensee, and\n\nc. one-third (1/3) of the balance of the amount retained\n\nto purses for participating horses; and\n\n4. a. Wagers conducted pursuant to Section 205.7 of this\n\ntitle by an organization licensee pursuant to this\n\nsection whether or not such wagers are accepted during\n\nthe live race meeting of the organization licensee\n\nshall be exempt from the provisions of subsection E of\n\nSection 205.7 of this title.\n\nb. Except as otherwise provided by law, the amount\n\nremaining after the deduction made pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of subsection D of Section 205.7 of this\n\ntitle and after the contractual payment to the out-of-\n\nstate host racing organization shall be distributed as\n\nfollows: an amount equal to two percent (2%) of the\nbe exempt from the provisions of subsection E of\n\nSection 205.7 of this title.\n\nb. Except as otherwise provided by law, the amount\n\nremaining after the deduction made pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of subsection D of Section 205.7 of this\n\ntitle and after the contractual payment to the out-of-\n\nstate host racing organization shall be distributed as\n\nfollows: an amount equal to two percent (2%) of the\n\nmonies wagered shall be distributed to the\n\norganization licensee and the balance shall be\n\ndistributed as follows:\n\n(1) fifty percent (50%) to the organization licensee,\n\nand\n\n(2) fifty percent (50%) to the organization licensee\n\nto be distributed as purses.\n\nC. Any organization licensed pursuant to this section and\n\nconducting pari-mutuel wagering on races being run at another\n\norganization licensee within the State of Oklahoma shall retain from\n\nthe monies being wagered an amount equal to the amount being\n\nretained from wagers by the sending track. The amount of money\n\nretained shall be distributed as follows:\n\n1. Fifty percent (50%) to the organization licensee; and\n\n2. Fifty percent (50%) to the organization licensee as purses\n\nfor participating horses.\n\nD. The Commission shall issue occupation licenses for personnel\n\nof organization licensees licensed pursuant to this section. Each\n\noccupation license shall be issued pursuant to Section 204.2 of this\n\ntitle except that the occupation license fee shall not be more than\n\nTen Dollars ($10.00) excluding fingerprinting fees.\n\nE.
