Stat. tit. 3A, § 3A-208.3a","heading":"Oklahoma Breeding Development Administration Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nA. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission, to be designated the\n\n\"Oklahoma Breeding Development Administration Revolving Fund\". The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nCommission from transfers made pursuant to paragraph 6 of subsection\n\nB of Section 208.3 of this title. All monies accruing to the credit\n\nof said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and\n\nexpended by the Commission for the purpose of administering the\n\nOklahoma Breeding Development Program, or additions to purses of\n\nOklahoma-bred races, and for no other purpose. Expenditures from\n\nsaid fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer\n\nagainst claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and\n\npayment.\n\nB. Monies received by and expenditures from said fund shall be\n\nsubject to an annual audit pursuant to paragraph 6 of subsection B\n\nand subsection E of Section 208.3 of this title.\n\nAt the close of each fiscal year any unencumbered, unobligated,\n\nand unexpended monies in the Oklahoma Breeding Development\n\nAdministration Revolving Fund shall be transferred to the Oklahoma\n\nBreeding Development Fund Special Account.","path":["OK Code","Title 3A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os3A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"46379a145b491b04a5212579832f03dc74ce86d25e908d06bf253fb6ef79486a","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-3a-3a-208.3","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-3a-3a-208.4"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
