Any person holding a race or race meeting at which pari-\n\nmutuel or non-pari-mutuel wagering is conducted without a valid\n\norganization license issued pursuant to the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Horse Racing Act, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a\n\nClass D1 felony offense and shall be fined not more than Ten\n\nThousand Dollars ($10,000.00), or be imprisoned as provided for in\n\nsubsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, or both said fine and imprisonment.\n\nB. No organization licensee shall knowingly permit any minor to\n\nbe a patron of the pari-mutuel system of wagering conducted by the\n\norganization licensee.
