No person shall knowingly enter or cause to be entered for\n\ncompetition any horse under any other name than its true name, or\n\nout of its proper class, for any purse, prize, premium, stake, or\n\nsweepstakes offered to the winner of a contest of speed at any race\n\nmeeting held by an organization licensee.\n\nB. The name of any horse, for the purpose of entry for\n\ncompetition in any contest of speed, shall be the name under which\n\nthe horse has been registered and has publicly performed.\n\nC.
