It shall be unlawful for any person to directly or\n\nindirectly engage or to conspire with or aid, assist, or abet any\n\nother person in the commission of any corrupt act or practice,\n\nincluding but not limited to:\n\n1. The giving, offering, promising, accepting, soliciting or\n\nreceiving, directly or indirectly, any gratuity or bribe in any form\n\nto any person having duties in relation to any race or race horse or\n\nto any trainer, jockey, starter, assistant starter, gatekeeper or\n\nagent or to any other person having charge of, or access to, any\n\nrace horse; or\n\n2. The passing or attempting to pass or the cashing or\n\nattempting to cash any altered or fraudulent pari-mutuel ticket; or\n\n3. The unauthorized sale or the attempt to make an unauthorized\n\nsale of any racetrack admission ticket.\n\nB. Any person who is convicted of violating the provisions of\n\nsubsection A of this section shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony\n\noffense and shall be fined not more than Ten Thousand Dollars\n\n($10,000.00), or be imprisoned as provided for in subsections B\n\nthrough F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or\n\nboth said fine and imprisonment.\n\nC.
