Stat. tit. 3A, § 3A-208.9","heading":"Compensation for wagering prohibited - Penalties","body":"No person shall directly or indirectly, for any type of\n\ncompensation including but not limited to fees, dues, or donations,\n\naccept anything of value from another to be transmitted or delivered\n\nfor wager in any pari-mutuel system of wagering on horse races or\n\ncollect a wager in any pari-mutuel system of wagering on horse\n\nraces. Nothing in this section prohibits wagering transactions\n\nauthorized pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Horse Racing\n\nAct.
