Stat. tit. 3A, § 3A-209","heading":"County option","body":"\n\nNo pari-mutuel racetrack shall be licensed in any county unless\n\nthe majority of the voters of said county, voting at an election\n\nheld for that purpose, approve the conducting of pari-mutuel horse\n\nracing in said county.
