Stat. tit. 3A, § 3A-269","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in Sections 2 through 20 of this act:\n\n1. “Authorized games” means the games that organizational\n\nlicensees are authorized to conduct pursuant to this act, as more\n\nspecifically described in paragraph 2 of subsection C of Section 3\n\nof this act;\n\n2. “Central computer” means a computer or computers to which\n\nplayer terminals may be linked to allow competition in electronic\n\nbonanza-style bingo games;\n\n3. “Compact” means a model tribal-state compact between the\n\nstate and a tribe entered into pursuant to Sections 21 and 22 of\n\nthis act;\n\n4. “Electronic accounting system” means an electronic system\n\nthat provides a secure means to receive, store and access data and\n\nrecord critical functions and activities, as set forth in this act;\n\n5. “Electronic amusement game” means a game that is played in\n\nan electronic environment in which a player’s performance and\n\nopportunity for success can be improved by skill that conforms to\n\nthe standards set forth in this act;\n\n6. “Electronic bonanza-style bingo game” means a game played in\n\nan electronic environment in which some or all of the numbers or\n\nsymbols are drawn or electronically determined before the bingo\n\ncards for that game are sold that conforms with the standards set\n\nforth in this act;\n\n7. “Electronic instant bingo game” means a game played in an\n\nelectronic environment in which a player wins if his or her\n\nelectronic instant bingo card contains a combination of numbers or\n\nsymbols that was designated in advance of the game as a winning\n\ncombination. There may be multiple winning combinations in each\n\ngame and multiple winning cards;\n\n8. “Electronic gaming” means the electronic amusement game, the\n\nelectronic bonanza-style bingo game and the electronic instant bingo\n\ngame described in this act, which are included in the authorized\n\ngaming available to be offered by organization licensees;\n\n9. “Game play credits” means a method of representing value\n\nobtained from the exchange of cash or cash equivalents, or earned as\n\na prize, in connection with electronic gaming. Game play credits\n\nmay be redeemed for cash or a cash equivalent;\n\n10. “Independent testing laboratory” means a laboratory of\n\nnational reputation that is demonstrably competent and qualified to\n\nscientifically test and evaluate devices for compliance with this\n\nact and to otherwise perform the functions assigned to it in this\n\nact. An independent testing laboratory shall not be owned or\n\ncontrolled by an organizational licensee, an Indian tribe, the\n\nstate, or any manufacturer, supplier or operator of gaming devices.\n\nThe use of an independent testing laboratory for any purpose related\n\nto the conduct of electronic gaming by an organization licensee\n\nunder this act shall be made from a list of one or more laboratories\n\napproved by the Commission;\n\n11. “Player terminals” means electronic terminals housed in\n\ncabinets with input devices and video screens or electromechanical\n\ndisplays on which players play authorized gaming; and\n\n12. “Standards” means the descriptions and specifications of\n\nelectronic games or components thereof as set forth in this act,\n\nincluding technical specifications for component parts, requirements\n\nfor cashless transaction systems, software tools for security and\n\naudit purposes, and procedures for operation of such games.","path":["OK Code","Title 3A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os3A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"92141a7fdc643cd4959204e915ebd5137016da715be69c0daaf8559fdfff97e7","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-3a-3a-268","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-3a-3a-270"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
