Electronic amusement games shall be played through the\n\nemployment of player terminals which, following the payment of a\n\nfee, present games in which the player can win prizes in a format in\n\nwhich a player’s performance can be improved by skill.\n\nB. A player may purchase an opportunity to play an electronic\n\namusement game at a player terminal, either through the insertion of\n\ncoins or currency, cash voucher, or through the use of a cashless\n\ntransaction system. The available games are displayed on the player\n\nterminal’s video screen or otherwise prominently displayed on the\n\nterminal. The rules of the game are also displayed either\n\nprominently on the terminal or on a help screen, and include\n\nsufficient information to alert novice players on the concept of the\n\ngame so that a novice player can understand how to improve his or\n\nher performance. Depending on the game selected, the player must\n\nphysically interact with the screen (through touch screen\n\ntechnology) or by depressing or activating buttons or other input\n\ndevices, to cause an intended result.\n\nC. Following play on a player terminal, the result shall be\n\ndisplayed and prizes awarded. Prizes may be dispensed in the form\n\nof cash, coin, cash voucher, merchandise or through a cashless\n\ntransaction system.\n\nD.
