Electronic bonanza-style bingo games authorized by this act\n\nshall only be conducted using a system which utilizes linked player\n\nterminals which allow players to purchase and play electronic\n\nbonanza-style bingo cards. Players compete, following the payment\n\nof a fee, to be the first player to cover a previously designated\n\nbingo pattern using a set of numbers or symbols at least some of\n\nwhich were drawn or electronically determined before the sale of\n\nbingo cards began. The first player to cover the game-winning\n\npattern wins the game-winning prize. Interim and consolation prizes\n\nalso may be awarded.\n\nB. A player may purchase an opportunity to play an electronic\n\nbonanza-style bingo game at a player terminal, either through the\n\ninsertion of coins or currency, cash voucher, or through the use of\n\na cashless transaction system. The available games are displayed on\n\nthe player terminal’s video screen or otherwise prominently\n\ndisplayed on the terminal. The rules of the game are also displayed\n\neither prominently on the terminal or a help screen.\n\nC. After the player purchases a bingo card, the player terminal\n\nmust cover any numbers on the player’s bingo card that match numbers\n\npreviously drawn or electronically determined for that game.\n\nD. Although the results of the bingo game may be shown using\n\nentertaining video and/or mechanical displays, the player may have\n\nthe option to view the electronic bingo card and current ball draw\n\non the video screen of the player terminal.\n\nE. Following play on a player terminal, the result shall be\n\ndisplayed and prizes awarded.
