Electronic instant bingo games authorized by this act shall\n\nonly utilize player terminals which allow players to purchase and\n\nplay electronic instant bingo cards. Players receive, after the\n\npayment of a fee, an electronic instant bingo card. A player wins\n\nif his or her card contains a combination of numbers which was\n\ndesignated in advance of the game as a winning combination. There\n\nmay be multiple winning combinations in each game and multiple\n\nwinning cards.\n\nB. A player may purchase an opportunity to play an electronic\n\ninstant bingo game at a player terminal, either through the\n\ninsertion of coins or currency, cash voucher, or through the use of\n\na cashless transaction system. The available games are displayed on\n\nthe player terminal’s video screen or otherwise prominently\n\ndisplayed on the terminal. The rules of the game are also displayed\n\neither prominently on the terminal or on a help screen.\n\nC. After the player purchases an electronic instant bingo card,\n\nthe combination of numbers on that card is revealed to the player.\n\nD. The results of the electronic instant bingo card shall be\n\nshown to the player using entertaining video and/or mechanical\n\ndisplays.\n\nE. Following play on a player terminal, the result shall be\n\ndisplayed and prizes awarded.
