Stat. tit. 3A, § 3A-279","heading":"Disputes - Collection of data","body":"In the event of a dispute by a player that cannot be resolved by\n\nordinary means by licensee personnel as to the outcome, prize, fee\n\npaid or any other aspect of the player’s participation in an\n\nelectronic game being played (“prize claim”), all relevant data\n\nshall be immediately collected, including, but not limited to, all\n\nmeter readings, memory records, surveillance tapes, and any other\n\nreports or information regarding the disputed play on the player\n\nterminal for the play in dispute. Following the collection of all\n\nrelevant data, the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission shall be\n\nnotified and requested to make an evaluation of whether or not the\n\ndispute involves the integrity of the hardware or software being\n\nused and to try and resolve the dispute.
