Stat. tit. 3A, § 3A-282","heading":"Organization Gaming License Fees - Oklahoma Horse Racing","body":"Commission Gaming Regulation Revolving Fund - Occupation Gaming\n\nLicense Fees.\n\nA. The Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission is authorized to charge\n\nan application fee of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) to each\n\norganization licensee which desires to conduct gaming pursuant to\n\nthe State-Tribal Gaming Act or which receives any funds as a\n\n\"recipient licensee\" as that term is defined by the State-Tribal\n\nGaming Act and desires to conduct pari-mutuel wagering in this\n\nstate. Such fee must be paid prior to any organization licensee\n\nbeing authorized by the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission to conduct\n\ngaming pursuant to the State-Tribal Gaming Act.\n\nB. In addition to the application fee authorized in subsection\n\nA of this section and the fees authorized in subsection F of this\n\nsection, the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission is hereby authorized\n\nto assess a fee upon each organization licensee authorized by the\n\nState-Tribal Gaming Act to conduct gaming authorized by the State-\n\nTribal Gaming Act to provide adequate funding to the Oklahoma Horse\n\nRacing Commission for the regulation of such gaming in this state.\n\nC. The assessment authorized by subsection B shall be\n\nproportional to the number of player terminals an organization\n\nlicensee is licensed to operate pursuant to the State-Tribal Gaming\n\nAct.\n\nD. The Commission may provide that each licensee shall pay any\n\nassessment levied pursuant to subsection B of this section on a\n\nquarterly, semi-annual or annual basis. Notice of the assessment\n\nshall be sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, to each\n\nlicensee. Each licensee shall pay the amount assessed to the\n\nCommission for deposit to the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission\n\nOperational Expenses Revolving Fund. The Commission shall establish\n\nthe dates by which such assessment shall be due.\n\nE. The application fee authorized in subsection A of this\n\nsection and any assessment authorized in subsection B of this\n\nsection and any fee authorized in subsection F of this section\n\ncollected by the Commission shall be deposited in the \"Oklahoma\n\nHorse Racing Commission Operational Expenses Revolving Fund\". On\n\nthe effective date of this act, the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission\n\nGaming Regulation Revolving Fund shall be closed and any\n\nunencumbered balance shall be transferred to the Oklahoma Horse\n\nRacing Commission Operational Expenses Revolving Fund created by\n\nSection 1 of this act.\n\nF. The Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission shall issue occupation\n\ngaming licenses and charge to the applicants therefore the related\n\nlicense application fees, investigative fees and fingerprint fees\n\nauthorized in this subsection. An occupation gaming license is any\n\nof the following gaming licenses issued by the Commission.\n\nManufacturer License $10,000.00\n\nDistributor License $5,000.00\n\nManufacturer/Distributor License $10,000.00\n\nIndependent Testing Laboratory License $5,000.00\n\nVendor License $500.00\n\nKey Executive License $250.00\n\nGaming Employee License $50.00\n\nManufacturer, Distributor, or\n\nManufacturer/Distributor Employee\n\nLicense $50.00\n\nVendor Employee License $50.00\n\nBackground Investigative fee for the following occupation gaming\n\nlicense categories:\n\nManufacturer, Distributor,\n\nManufacturer/Distributor, Independent\n\nTesting Laboratory, Racetrack Gaming\n\nOperator, Key Executive $50.00 per hour\n\nplus expenses\n\nBackground Investigative fee for the following occupation gaming\n\nlicense categories:\n\nGaming Employee, Vendor Employee $50.00\n\nFingerprint fees shall be charged as required by the Oklahoma State\n\nBureau of Investigation and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.","path":["OK Code","Title 3A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os3A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"284b3308dba0fee528ec8fa4918f31434619178572ee67e97f4df75c0f9ef15f","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-3a-3a-281","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-3a-3a-301"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
