Any organization which conducts any charity game activities\n\nnot more than four times per year may obtain an exemption from\n\nspecific provisions of the Oklahoma Charity Games Act, Section 401\n\net seq. of this title, as provided in this section. Such exemption\n\nshall be obtained by the filing of a verified application with the\n\nABLE Commission signed by the executive officer of said organization\n\nand containing the following information:\n\n1. The name and address of the organization;\n\n2. The name, address and telephone number of the executive\n\nofficer of the organization or such other person authorized to\n\nreceive documents or other information from the Commission on behalf\n\nof the organization; and\n\n3. A statement that said organization shall conduct a charity\n\ngame session four or fewer times per calendar year and the dates and\n\ntimes and location wherein such activities shall occur.\n\nB. Any organization which conducts any charity game activities\n\nnot more than four times per year which has obtained an exemption\n\nfrom the Commission shall not:\n\n1. Be required to obtain any type of license required by the\n\nOklahoma Charity Games Act;\n\n2. Be restricted to the use of bingo faces as defined in the\n\nOklahoma Charity Games Act but shall not be authorized to use\n\nelectronic facsimile of faces;\n\n3. Be required to purchase charity game equipment from persons\n\nor business entities licensed pursuant to the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Charity Games Act; or\n\n4. Be subject to any restrictions in this act or rules of the\n\nCommission relating to conducting charity games on certain days of\n\nthe week or during certain hours.\n\nC. Any hospital, nursing home, residential care facility,\n\nsenior citizens' center, retirement center or convalescent facility\n\nwhich conducts charity games at such facilities on a regular basis\n\nfor the residents or regular patrons of the facility and their\n\nimmediate family members may obtain an exemption from specific\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Charity Games Act as provided in this\n\nsection. Such exemption shall be obtained by the filing of a\n\nverified application with the Commission signed by the owner or\n\nsupervisor of the facility and containing the following information:\n\n1. The name and address of the hospital, nursing home,\n\nresidential care facility, senior citizens' center, retirement\n\ncenter or convalescent facility;\n\n2. The name, address and telephone number of the owner or\n\nsupervisor of the facility or such other person authorized to\n\nreceive documents or other information from the Commission on behalf\n\nof the facility; and\n\n3. A statement that said facility shall conduct charity games\n\nat the specified facility for the residents or regular patrons of\n\nthe facility and their immediate family members. Provided, the\n\nprizes awarded either in cash or any other thing of value shall not\n\nexceed Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) in any one (1) day at any\n\nsuch hospital, nursing home, residential care facility, senior\n\ncitizens' center, retirement center or convalescent facility.\n\nD. Any hospital, nursing home, residential care facility,\n\nsenior citizens' center, retirement center or convalescent facility\n\nwhich conducts charity games at such facilities on a regular basis\n\nfor the residents or regular patrons of the facility or their\n\nimmediate family members which has obtained an exemption from the\n\nCommission shall not:\n\n1. Be required to obtain any type of license required by the\n\nOklahoma Charity Games Act;\n\n2. Be restricted to the use of bingo faces, as defined in the\n\nOklahoma Charity Games Act but shall not be authorized to use\n\nelectronic facsimile of faces;\n\n3. Be required to purchase charity game equipment from persons\n\nor business entities licensed pursuant to the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Charity Games Act; or\nquired to obtain any type of license required by the\n\nOklahoma Charity Games Act;\n\n2. Be restricted to the use of bingo faces, as defined in the\n\nOklahoma Charity Games Act but shall not be authorized to use\n\nelectronic facsimile of faces;\n\n3. Be required to purchase charity game equipment from persons\n\nor business entities licensed pursuant to the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Charity Games Act; or\n\n4.
