An applicant for an initial organization license shall,\n\nprior to applying for such license, twice publish, in such form and\n\ncontaining such information as the ABLE Commission shall by rule\n\nprescribe, a notice of its intention to apply for such license, once\n\na week for two (2) successive weeks in a legal newspaper of general\n\ncirculation within the county of the location of the licensee.\n\nProof of such publication shall be filed with the Commission.\n\nB. Upon an application for a license being filed with the ABLE\n\nCommission, the Commission shall give written notice of the\n\napplication to the district attorney, county sheriff, city attorney,\n\nand chief of police or marshal of the municipality and county in\n\nwhich the applicant will be doing business.\n\n1. The written notice shall be provided by regular first-class\n\nmail sent not more than ten (10) calendar days from the date of\n\nreceipt of the application.\n\n2. The written notice shall contain the name of the applicant,\n\nthe location at which the organization or business entity will be\n\ndoing business, and the date on which the Commission will consider\n\nthe application.\n\nC.
