Any person who is a resident of the municipality or county\n\nin which the organization or business entity will be doing business\n\nmay protest such application.\n\nB. To be considered by the Commission, the protest must:\n\n1. Be submitted in writing;\n\n2. Be signed by the person protesting;\n\n3. Contain the place of residence and the mailing address of\n\nthe protester;\n\n4. Contain a concise statement as to why the application is\n\nbeing protested; and\n\n5. Be submitted to the Commission before the license is\n\ngranted.\n\nC.
