Stat. tit. 3A, § 3A-413","heading":"Petition to revoke license","body":"The district attorney of the county or the city attorney of the\n\nmunicipality wherein a license has been issued may file a petition\n\nwith the Commission to revoke a license alleging the violation of\n\nthe Oklahoma Charity Games Act or rule promulgated by the Commission\n\nby the holder of the license, its agents, officers, or employees.\n\n1. Within ten (10) calendar days of receiving the petition from\n\nthe district attorney or city attorney, the Commission shall notify\n\nby mail with return receipt requested the person, organization, or\n\nbusiness entity against whom the application for revocation was\n\nfiled.\n\n2.
