Every licensee shall keep and maintain a set of records\n\nwhich shall include such details as required by the Commission of\n\nthe activities of the licensee relating to doing business in this\n\nstate pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Charity Games Act.\n\n1. Such records shall be available for inspection by the\n\nCommission during regular business hours.\n\n2. Such records shall be maintained for a period of not less\n\nthan three (3) years from the date of the end of the fiscal year of\n\nthe licensee.\n\n3. Such records maintained shall include copies of all invoices\n\nto all organizations in this state which shall include but not be\n\nlimited to information as to the amount of charity game equipment\n\nsold in this state.\n\nB. Each distributor shall also submit a quarterly report to the\n\nCommission containing the name, address, and license or exemption\n\nnumber of each purchaser of charity game equipment.\n\nC. Each licensed manufacturer shall also submit a quarterly\n\nreport to the Commission containing the following information:\n\n1. The total amount of charity game equipment sold in this\n\nstate;\n\n2. The total number with the serial numbers and sequential\n\norder of bingo faces, U-PIK-EM bingo sets, and breakopen deals sold;\n\nand\n\n3.
