Licensed organizations shall purchase their supplies only\n\nfrom distributors licensed by this state and payment for supplies\n\nshall be made upon receipt of the supplies at the place of delivery.\n\nB. Distributors shall market, sell, or supply charity game\n\nequipment in this state only to an organization, exempt\n\norganization, exempt hospital, nursing home, residential care\n\nfacility, senior citizens' center, retirement center or convalescent\n\nfacility, entity of the United States government, federally\n\nrecognized Indian tribe or nation or other licensed distributor.\n\nC. Distributors shall purchase or otherwise obtain charity game\n\nequipment only from manufacturers or other distributors licensed\n\npursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Charity Games Act,\n\nSection 401 et seq. of this title.\n\nD. Manufacturers shall sell charity game equipment in this\n\nstate only to distributors licensed pursuant to the provisions of\n\nthe Oklahoma Charity Games Act or federally recognized Indian tribes\n\nor nations.\n\nE. Charity game equipment owned by an organization may be\n\ndisposed of with the written permission of the Director of the ABLE\n\nCommission and with proper notification to the Oklahoma Tax\n\nCommission, as follows:\n\n1. By selling the equipment or giving it away to another\n\norganization, an exempt organization, or exempt hospital, nursing\n\nhome, residential care facility, senior citizens' center, retirement\n\ncenter or convalescent facility; or\n\n2.
