In addition to any other powers conferred on the Commission\n\nto impose penalties for violations of the provisions of the Oklahoma\n\nCharity Games Act, whenever in the judgment of the Commission any\n\nperson, organization, or business entity has committed an act which\n\nconstitutes a violation of the Oklahoma Charity Games Act, the\n\nCommission may:\n\n1. After notice and hearing, issue a cease and desist order to\n\nany person or business entity that should have obtained a license;\n\n2. Impose a fine of not more than Five Thousand Dollars\n\n($5,000.00) for each violation in the event that after the issuance\n\nof an order to cease and desist the illegal activity, the person or\n\nbusiness entity that the order is directed to commits any act in\n\nviolation of the order; and\n\n3. Make application to the appropriate court for an order\n\nenjoining such acts or practices, and upon a showing by the\n\nCommission that such violations have occurred, an injunction,\n\nrestraining order, or such other order as may be appropriate shall\n\nbe granted by such court, without bond.\n\nB. Each day a violation is continuing shall constitute a\n\nseparate offense.\n\nC. Administrative fines imposed pursuant to the provisions of\n\nthis section shall be enforceable in the district courts of this\n\nstate.\n\nD.
