Multiple count violations of subsection A or B of Section\n\n502 of this title, or violations resulting in a loss of money or\n\nother valuable consideration, in which said loss exceeds Five\n\nHundred Dollars ($500.00), shall constitute a Class D3 felony\n\noffense, and shall be punishable pursuant to subsection B of Section\n\n505 of this title.\n\nB. Any person serving in a managerial or supervisory capacity\n\nfor any fair, exposition, or any other event open to the public,\n\npaid admission or free, who knowingly or intentionally promotes or\n\nallows the operation of any amusement or carnival game in violation\n\nof this act, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.\n\nC. Any person who manufactures or distributes amusement or\n\ncarnival games of the type described in Section 502 of this title,\n\nupon conviction, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable\n\npursuant to subsection A of Section 505 of this title, with said\n\ngames to be confiscated as contraband.\n\nD. Any person charged with law enforcement responsibilities or\n\nlegal compliance inspections of amusement or carnival games, and who\n\nknowingly and intentionally allows or who knowingly and\n\nintentionally fails to prevent the operation of any amusement or\n\ncarnival game violating the Amusement and Carnival Games Act, upon\n\nconviction, shall be guilty of omission of duty and/or guilty of a\n\nmisdemeanor punishable pursuant to subsection A of Section 505 of\n\nthis title.","path":["OK Code","Title 3A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os3A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"b117f050eb9ed9e53f65b19e9cb385c4ca656671954774f4e7412601abe31d29","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-3a-3a-503","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-3a-3a-505"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
