Stat. tit. 3A, § 3A-613","heading":"Subpoena of witnesses, production of records - Audits -","body":"Suspension for just cause.\n\nThe Oklahoma State Athletic Commission may:\n\n1. Subpoena witnesses and compel the production of any and all\n\nbooks, memoranda, documents, papers, and records showing the\n\nreceipts and disbursements of any individual, club, or corporation\n\nlicensed under the provisions of the Oklahoma State Athletic\n\nCommission Act;\n\n2. Administer oaths or affirmations to witnesses;\n\n3. Require, at any time, the suspension for just cause from\n\ninvolvement in any activity associated with professional combative\n\nsports or amateur mixed martial arts of any employee or official\n\nemployed by any licensee or permittee pursuant to the Oklahoma State\n\nAthletic Commission Act;\n\n4. Prescribe the manner that books and financial or other\n\nstatements of any licensee or permittee relating to professional\n\ncombative sports or amateur mixed martial arts shall be kept; and\n\n5.
