If upon inspection or investigation, or whenever the\n\nOklahoma State Athletic Commission determines that a licensee has\n\nviolated the Oklahoma State Athletic Commission Act or of any order,\n\nstandard, or rule promulgated pursuant to the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma State Athletic Commission Act has occurred, the Commission\n\nshall give written notice to the alleged violator specifying the\n\ncause of the determination. Such notice shall require that the\n\nviolations be corrected and specify the terms of such correction or\n\nrequire that the alleged violator appear before the Commission at a\n\ntime and place specified in the notice and answer the charges.\n\nB. The Commission shall afford the alleged violator an\n\nopportunity for a hearing conducted in conformity with, and records\n\nmade thereof as provided by the provisions of, the Administrative\n\nProcedures Act. On the basis of the evidence produced at the\n\nhearing, the Commission shall make findings of fact and conclusions\n\nof law and enter an order thereon. The Commission shall provide\n\nwritten notice of such order to the alleged violator and to such\n\nother persons as shall have appeared at the hearing and made written\n\nrequest for notice of the order.\n\nC.
