There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma State Athletic Commission to be designated the\n\n\"Oklahoma State Athletic Commission Revolving Fund\". The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of all monies received from fees, administrative\n\nfines, reimbursements, bond proceeds, and sale of materials, and\n\nshall include grants and gifts, pursuant to the Oklahoma State\n\nAthletic Commission Act. All monies accruing to the credit of said\n\nfund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nCommission for the purpose of implementing the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma State Athletic Commission Act. Expenditures from said fund\n\nshall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against\n\nclaims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.\n\nB. The \"Professional Boxing Licensing Revolving Fund\" created\n\nfor the Department of Health is hereby abolished. On July 1, 2008,\n\nany unencumbered funds remaining in the Professional Boxing\n\nLicensing Revolving Fund shall be transferred to the credit of the\n\nOklahoma State Athletic Commission Revolving Fund.
