The executive director of the Oklahoma Lottery Commission\n\nshall direct and supervise all administrative and technical\n\nactivities in accordance with the provisions of the Oklahoma\n\nEducation Lottery Act and with the rules promulgated by the board of\n\ntrustees of the Oklahoma Lottery Commission. It shall be the duty\n\nof the executive director to:\n\n1. Facilitate the initiation of and supervise and administer\n\nthe operation of the lottery games;\n\n2. Employ by contract and compensate such persons and firms as\n\ndeemed necessary;\n\n3. Promote or provide for promotion of the lottery and any\n\nfunctions related to the Commission;\n\n4. Prepare a budget for the approval of the board;\n\n5. Require bond from such retailers and vendors in such amounts\n\nas required by the board;\n\n6. Report annually to the State Auditor and Inspector and the\n\nboard a full and complete statement of lottery revenues and expenses\n\nfor the preceding fiscal year; and\n\n7. Perform other duties generally associated with an executive\n\ndirector or a chief executive officer of a state lottery.\n\nB. In accordance with the provisions of the Oklahoma Education\n\nLottery Act or the rules of the board, the executive director may\n\nfor good cause suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew any contract\n\nentered into.\n\nC.
