Stat. tit. 3A, § 3A-720","heading":"Cancellation, suspension, revocation, denial, rejection of","body":"renewal, or termination of contract – Temporary suspension.\n\nA. Any retail contract executed by the Oklahoma Lottery\n\nCommission pursuant to the Oklahoma Education Lottery Act shall\n\nspecify the reasons for which a contract may be canceled, suspended,\n\nrevoked, or terminated by the Commission, which reasons shall\n\ninclude but not be limited to:\n\n1. Commission of a violation of the Oklahoma Education Lottery\n\nAct, a rule, or a policy or procedure of the Commission;\n\n2. Failure to accurately or timely account for lottery tickets,\n\nlottery games, revenues, or prizes as required by the Commission;\n\n3. Commission of any fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation;\n\n4. Insufficient sales;\n\n5. Conduct prejudicial to public confidence in the lottery;\n\n6. The retailer filing for or being placed in bankruptcy or\n\nreceivership;\n\n7. Any material change in any matter considered by the\n\nCommission in executing the contract with the retailer, as\n\ndetermined in the sole discretion of the Commission; or\n\n8. Failure to meet any of the objective criteria established by\n\nthe Commission pursuant to the Oklahoma Education Lottery Act.\n\nB. If, in the discretion of the executive director or designee,\n\ncancellation, denial, revocation, suspension, or rejection of\n\nrenewal of a lottery retailer contract is in the best interest of\n\nthe lottery, the public welfare, or the State of Oklahoma, the\n\nexecutive director or designee may cancel, suspend, revoke, or\n\nterminate, after notice and a right to a hearing, any contract\n\nissued pursuant to the Oklahoma Education Lottery Act. A contract\n\nmay be temporarily suspended by the executive director or designee\n\nwithout prior notice pending any prosecution, hearing, or\n\ninvestigation, whether by a third party or by the executive\n\ndirector. A contract may be suspended, revoked, or terminated by\n\nthe executive director or designee for any one or more of the\n\nreasons enumerated in this section. Any hearing held shall be\n\nconducted by the executive director or designee. A party to the\n\ncontract aggrieved by the decision of the executive director or\n\ndesignee may appeal the adverse decision to the board of trustees of\n\nthe Oklahoma Lottery Commission.
