The Oklahoma Lottery Commission shall withhold the amount of\n\ndelinquent debt as established by the Department of Human Services\n\nfrom the lottery prize monies won by an individual pursuant to\n\nSection 710 of Title 3A of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. The Oklahoma Lottery Commission shall pay the monies\n\nwithheld from the lottery prize, as provided in subsection A of this\n\nsection, to the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, not to exceed\n\nthe amount of debt established by the Oklahoma Department of Human\n\nServices.\n\nC. The Commission for Human Services shall promulgate rules to\n\ndefine the debts that will be submitted to the Oklahoma Lottery\n\nCommission for withholding.\n\nD. The Commission for Human Services shall develop procedures\n\nfor notifying the Oklahoma Lottery Commission of the debts that\n\nshould be processed for withholding. The information on debt\n\nwithholding will be reported to the Oklahoma Lottery Commission on a\n\nperiodic basis and should include, but not be limited to:\n\n1. Identification of the individuals who have been determined\n\nto be delinquent in the repayment of debt established by the\n\nOklahoma Department of Human Services; and\n\n2. The amounts of debt to be withheld by the Oklahoma Lottery\n\nCommission.\n\nE. The Oklahoma Lottery Commission shall provide a report to\n\nthe Oklahoma Department of Human Services upon withholding that\n\nincludes, but is not limited to, the following information:\n\n1. Identification of the individuals who have had monies\n\nwithheld; and\n\n2.
