The Oklahoma Lottery Commission shall withhold the amount of\n\ndelinquent debt as established by the Oklahoma Employment Security\n\nCommission from the lottery prize monies won by an individual\n\npursuant to Section 710 of Title 3A of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. The Oklahoma Lottery Commission shall pay the monies\n\nwithheld from the lottery prize, as provided in subsection A of this\n\nsection, to the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission, not to\n\nexceed the amount of debt established by the Oklahoma Employment\n\nSecurity Commission.\n\nC. The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission shall promulgate\n\nrules to define the debts that will be submitted to the Oklahoma\n\nLottery Commission for withholding.\n\nD. The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission shall develop\n\nprocedures for timely notifying the Oklahoma Lottery Commission of\n\nthe debts that should be processed for withholding. The information\n\non debt withholding shall be reported to the Oklahoma Lottery\n\nCommission on a periodic basis and should include, but not be\n\nlimited to:\n\n1. Identification of the persons who have been determined to be\n\ndelinquent in the repayment of debt established by the Oklahoma\n\nEmployment Security Commission; and\n\n2. The amounts of debt to be withheld by the Oklahoma Lottery\n\nCommission.\n\nE. The Oklahoma Lottery Commission shall provide a report to\n\nthe Oklahoma Employment Security Commission upon withholding that\n\nincludes, but is not limited to, the following information:\n\n1. Identification of the persons who have had monies withheld;\n\nand\n\n2.
