Entries submitted by lottery players to the Oklahoma Lottery\n\nCommission for lottery-sponsored promotions and second-chance\n\ndrawing promotions offered by the Commission may be submitted using\n\na web application provided or sponsored by the Commission. All\n\nentries for lottery-sponsored promotions and second-chance drawing\n\npromotions shall be legally obtained from the Commission in one of\n\nthe following ways:\n\n1. Purchase of lottery tickets from the Commission or a lottery\n\nretailer;\n\n2. Receipt of an entry-eligible lottery ticket from the\n\nCommission or from a lottery retailer; or\n\n3. Receipt of a promotional entry from the Commission or a\n\nlottery retailer.\n\nB. The process to submit entries to lottery-sponsored\n\npromotions and second-chance drawing promotions provided by\n\nsubsection A of this section shall not be construed as illegal\n\nInternet gambling activities.
