Stat. tit. 3A, § 3A-728","heading":"False statement in application for license or proposal –","body":"Penalty.\n\nNo person shall knowingly or intentionally make a material false\n\nstatement in any application for a license or proposal to conduct\n\nlottery activities or make a material false entry in any book or\n\nrecord which is compiled or maintained or submitted to the board of\n\ntrustees of the Oklahoma Lottery Commission pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Education Lottery Act.
