The Oklahoma Lottery Commission may enter into intelligence-\n\nsharing, reciprocal use, or restricted use agreements with the\n\nfederal government, law enforcement agencies, lottery regulation\n\nagencies, and gaming enforcement agencies of other jurisdictions\n\nwhich provide for and regulate the use of information provided and\n\nreceived pursuant to the agreement.\n\nB.
